Check point in GridBagLayout

I have 2 JPanels which are placed into 2 JPanels of GridBagLayout, the first contains button and text box. When I click a button the second JPanel should be added between the first one and the second one, where the 2 JPanels should be placed in the same row, the same distance to the left and below and right of the first JPanel.
In general my problem is that I have problem with adding the 2 JPanels into the right place.

Also, i use Windows 7 home premium and i need to unlock my desktop (laptop) while i just boot my computer. I have to work and it’s my laptop. I have to make my favorite web browsers and other software always on top of my screen. I do not want to interrupt my work by opening my computer to change the settings of my desktop. So i found a solution with Openetic Screenkey which will lock my desktop when i boot my laptop. It will open screen locking dialog box and i only need to type my password in order to unlock the screen. Because it will be my password which is saved in my registry and not in some database as most of the other password locking tool. This tool is really simple and user friendly. So i totally recommend Openetic Screenkey to everybody.

Openetic Screenkey is very excellent and easy to use. I love the transparent drop down menu that allows me to set the transperancy between 0 and 100%. This program is easy to use and doesn’t require too many settings.
