AutoArchive Now is an Outlook addin designed to automatically move your old emails away from you into an archive, so that your main Folder structure should only contain current, still important mails.
AutoArchive Now will add a new Context Menu entry. Simply Right-Click an e-Mail, select AutoArchive Now! and it will be moved into the Archive Folder.

It should work ok, I just moved all my mails from my old mailbox to a new one, and it was flawless.
Thank you a lot for your precious mail archiving function. Recently i have received two similar emails. And my reply to the first email was not in the archive but the second one was! I wonder why? I will try this function again.

But in my case I tried that with some hundred of mails the program crashed and I found no way to recover the last attempt to archive.
So my suggestion is that you can set a parameter in the program where a list of the mails are to be moved into another folder like Outlook for example or into a folder on the harddrive itself.
I have set some mails, and later went to the new archive folder… and they were still there, so I thought that the program had crashed and I did not save the “new” archive folder as well as the old one.
But I have decided to erase all old mails from my PC today, so I could use the new archive folder again… and all of a sudden it was as if the program had been working correctly!
I am confused and will leave this here without further comment.
I had a look at the program, and will try to use it a little, but as it seems very confusing, it will be a bit difficult to learn it.
A short question: Is there a way to make the program only move your mails that are in a certain view-options, i.e. “all” or “sent”? Or a way to make the program move your mails with an offset?
